The Historic Presidio District Tour is a cultural and culinary tour that focuses on the Presidio District of Tucson; it begins at the Mercado where we learn about the first settlers in "Chuck-Son", this is what the Native Americans called Tucson - "Village of the dark springs at the foot of the mountains". Once we board the modern streetcar, we travel to the downtown area and have our first food stop.

This tour includes three food stops and a delicious dessert, a visit into the Presidio, a guided walking tour, time to explore the Southern Arizona Heritage and Visitor Center, the January 8th Memorial and the courtroom where John Dillinger was arraigned.
